Raul Henriquez

CEO & Chairman of the Board

Raul Henriquez is the Chairman of Insigneo Financial Group. In 1985, he co-founded Hencorp and until recently, he served as Hencorp Becstone’s President & CEO. Raul has been very active over the years successfully investing in private equity. He currently serves as a member on the Advisory Committees of Sun Capital Partners, Pine Tree Equity Partners and Alpha Capital Management.

A native of El Salvador, he has resided in Miami since 1979. Throughout his professional career, Raul has served on several boards of directors including the Salvadoran Stock Exchange, the Salvadorian Foundation for Social and Economic Development (FUSADES), Salvadoran American Humanitarian Foundation (SAHF) and Ransom Everglades School in Coconut Grove, Florida where he has also served on their Investment Committee. Currently, he is a member of Nicklaus Children’s Hospital’s Investment Committee.

Raul holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida.
