Paul Caulfield, is the Chief Compliance Officer at Insigneo. Paul brings a wealth of experience to this critical role. For over two decades, he has worked extensively with US and foreign banking organizations and wealth management firms. His experience spans clients throughout Latin America, Israel, and Asia, and includes strategic initiatives involving financial technologies and cybersecurity. He has a distinguished career, having served as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer for IBD Bank, Head of Compliance for Citibank’s US Commercial Bank, and more recently as Chief Legal Officer and COO for Third Bridge Group. Paul has been frequently recognized by boards of directors for his success in resolving regulatory matters and litigation, and for bolstering governance, risk, and compliance during periods of transformative growth and systemic risk, while helping businesses expand.

Paul is an adjunct professor at Fordham University Law School, where he teaches financial crimes compliance. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses, a patent in information sharing, and is certified in Information Systems Security (CISSP). He obtained his JD from the Catholic University of America and a BA in Political Science from Fairfield University. Paul began his career in the ManhattanDistrict Attorney’s Office.
