Over a 30 plus year career Manolo has performed at the highest level at international and US organizations within the Financial Industry leading extraordinary transformations of the Human Resources function that have impacted business results by promoting a performance and merit driven culture. Manolo has demonstrated excellent business strategical thinking, strong influence and leadership skills, working directly with Board of Directors, Compensation Committees and CEOs on key Human Capital strategies. Manolo has performed key executives roles including Chief Human Resources Officer at Insigneo, Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Amerant, Country Human Resources Officer at Citi-Banamex and Managing Director of Compensation and Benefits Citi Latin America. Manolo holds a Bachelor degree on Industrial Relations from Universidad Iberoamericana.
