Anabelle Teves leads the Human Resources effort at Insigneo. She is responsible for creating and maintaining a culture that attracts and inspires the committed and passionate talent presently at Insigneo. She oversees talent development, staffing, employee benefits, salary administration and employee relations, and her expertise includes talent management and organizational development.

Anabelle brings over 20 years of human resources experience in various industries including telecommunications, hospitality and the financial services industry. Anabelle received her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology from Universidad Femenina del Sagrado Corazon in Lima, Peru. She also holds a Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of Miami. Anabelle enjoys traveling with her husband and two children, she enjoys being outdoors and in touch with nature.
